Pilates
Although Pilates is not that good at burning calories and helping build large groups of muscles, it involves stretching and strengthening all major muscles in the body. As a result, it gives the body and leaner and longer look. Pilates can help men improve their posture. When you stand up straight, it can make you appear slimmer than you are.
